Job Description:
White Esnad Company is seeking a Registered Nursing Specialist to serve as a Medical Director, overseeing the medical team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, evaluating, and training the medical staff, conducting interviews and performance assessments, and establishing collaborative partnerships with other healthcare institutions to enhance home healthcare services.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Female candidate with a valid nursing license issued by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
- Proven experience in nursing, preferably in home healthcare.
- Strong background in medical management and team leadership.
- Ability to evaluate and train medical staff to maintain service excellence.
- Fluent in Arabic & English is a must.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Must be able to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Sponsorship Transfer to Company Is Required.
